Dental Care 2 U understands that organising transport, extra chaperones and multiple dental appointments can take up important time for care home staff. It can also be distressing for the patient.

We offer half day (5-7 patients) or full day (10-14 patients) services within your facility. We ideally like to set up in a spare room and see individual patients there, but we also accommodate individuals who would be more comfortable being treated in their own room/chair/bed.

Mouths are the gateway to the whole body. Your residents will not only benefit from convenient dental care, we also support their overall health in doing so.

CQC now expect all residents to have an Oral Health Assessment (OHA) upon admission, with oral health requirements included in their Care Plan. Carers should be supporting residents with daily mouth care and staff must be appropriately trained.
